Harbor Consulting IP Services, Inc. is a Northeast consulting firm that assists law firm, in-house and sole practitioner patent attorneys & agents with meeting the U.S. and foreign Sequence Listing requirements under 37 C.F.R. §§1.821-825 and WIPO Standard ST.25. Specifically, our staff will review a patent application, identifying all relevant DNA and amino acid sequences, and prepare a valid Sequence Listing accordingly.

In order to prepare a Sequence Listing correctly, we require a copy of the specification, claims, figures and all cursory information (inventors, serial number, filing date, etc). Any "large" sequence data provided in electronic form along with the application is also helpful, as it reduces the time and cost associated with preparing the raw sequence data from scratch.

Furthermore, "large" Sequence Listings are our specialty. As you may be aware, many cases contain several thousand sequences, and the sequence disclosure can be very time consuming, convoluted, complicated and costly. We have the experience and expertise to assist with such projects, easing the difficult task at hand, while offering the lowest possible cost to your, or your clients', budget.

Finally, we also perform detailed sequence searching under the STN database platform as the basis for freedom to operate, due diligence and validity/invalidity projects.
